Kibera Slum, Nairobi - August 2009 (3 weeks)
Imagine 30,000 people living inside a football pitch. That's
what it's like in Kibera - 1.2million people in 2 square
kilometres. Everywhere you look there are needy people.
Steve Flashman has had a long association with work on
Kibera and now, On The Box Mission have been invited to take
a team to work with Pastor Evans in the slum. He has a
school and a vocational training centre and he has asked for
our help to build a new classroom and work with the
children. Can you help? As with all our projects, we are not
looking for special skills, just a willingness to serve God
by serving others.

Kakamega, Kenya - August 2009 (3 weeks)
Lucy and Andrew Amukowa will welcome another On The Box
Mission Team in 2007 to work with RUSH - Reaching the
Unreached Through Self Help. There are literally hundreds of
needy families and children now involved in this significant
project. In 2006 our team helped to build a school which is
due to open in January 2007. There is lots more to do with a
lot of contact with the community. Call us for more details.
